A junior outside hitter, Allen became the first player in school to history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in her career when she surpassed the 1,000 kill plateau on Oct. 2 during a 3-1 road win at West Liberty and recorded her 1,000th dig at Glenville State a few weeks later on Oct. 24.

The Lanexa, Virginia (New Kent H.S.), native's month was highlighted by earning Mountain East Conference Player of the Week accolades for the week of Oct. 12 – Oct. 18. Allen registered 73 kills and 68 digs during the week as she aided UVa-Wise to 3-1 record.

Allen currently sits at fourth all-time on both UVa-Wise's career kills and digs lists with 1,195 kills and 1,041 digs. She is only 19 kills away from moving into third place and reaching Head Coach Kristen Salyer's all-time mark of 1,214 career kills.

On the season, Allen leads the team and the MEC in kills with 415 while also ranking in the conference's top 10 in digs and service aces. Nationally, the junior ranks 10th in kills per set (4.23) among all NCAA Division II players.
