NEW ORLEANS – All Region honors for the 2025-26 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field season were announced recently by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season.
Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.
Nia Rogers earns the honor for the second straight year as she finished fifth in the region in weight throw with her throw of 15.06 meters / 49 feet 5 inches at the Centre First Chance Indoor Meet in December. She was fifth in the region in the shot put with a throw of 12.21 meters at the VMI Invitational last season.
Jordyn Taylor placed fourth in the region in pole vault with her 3.45 meter / 11 feet 3.75 inch vault in the Carmel City Sprints on February 6.
The team had their best-ever finish in the recent South Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships as they placed eighth. They will look to continue that success in the outdoor season, which begins March 20 as the Cavs will compete in the Lee Invitational in Cleveland, Tennessee.
