GAME ONE
- The Eagles scored first via a three run home run by Macauley Bailey in the top of the first and added three more runs in the fifth. Bailey homered again in the sixth inning, this time scoring two runs to put C-N up 8-0.
- The Cavs got on the board in the bottom of the sixth after Mataya Ausmus was walked and then advanced to second on a wild pitch. Abagail Mills then doubled down the left field line to drive in Ausmus and break up the shutout. The Cavs had the bases loaded later in the inning, but the Eagles cut down the lead runner at home on a fielders choice to prevent a score.
- UVA Wise would score again in the bottom of the seventh as Gracee Greer, who was pinch running for Mallory McKnight, scored from second on a single by Emma McCauley. The Cavs were unable to score again in the inning and Carson-Newman took the game 8-2.
- Bailey led the Eagles as she was 3-5 with five RBI and scored twice herself, both times on her home runs. Syerra Rogers took the win as she only allowed one run from eight hits and struck out eight Cavalier batters.
- McCauley was 3-4 from the plate, while Taylor Clay, Lindsey Polan, and Mills were all 2-4. Mills had a pair of doubles to lead the Cavs.

GAME TWO
- The Cavs scored first as Adyson Gibson reached via a leadoff single and eventually reached third base. Lindsey Polan then singled through the right side to give UVA Wise the lead. After the Eagles threatened in the third inning, Gibson scored to put the Cavs up 2-0 as she had reached third and then made it home via a sacrifice fly by McKnight.
- Carson-Newman roared back in the top of the fourth as they took advantage of seven hits and a key Cavalier error to score eight runs.
- The score stood until the sixth inning when McKnight became a satisfied customer by driving a solo home run off the Bill Gatton Field lot for her third homer of the season. Carson-Newman then held UVA Wise to only one more hit down the stretch to take the 8-3 win and the season sweep.
- Madison Milne led the Cavs as she went 2-3 at the plate. Gibson was 1-3 and scored twice.
