ROCK HILL, SC – The South Atlantic Conference has announced their 2025 Preseason Polls and Jonah Adams, Dorian Almer, and Chad Douglas were named to their Runners to Watch list.

The team was picked to finish ninth in the annual poll. Wingate was picked to win the conference, followed by Catawba.

Adams placed 28th in last season's SAC Championship Meet, followed by Almer at 47th and Douglas at 62nd.

The team opens their season on September 5 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
