GREENEVILLE, TN – Tusculum captured a pair of South Atlantic Conference win from the UVA Wise tennis teams Tuesday at the Nichols Tennis Complex.
The women's match was first and the Pioneers captured the doubles point and wins at the sixth, first and fifth flights to take the match.
Christina Korakopoulou won her match at the third flight by a 6-1 7-6 (7-2) scores just as the match ended.
In the men's match, the Pioneers won the doubles point and captured the fourth, sixth, and fifth flights in singles to take the match.
UP NEXT
The teams will host Anderson this Saturday at the Jim & Betty Humphreys Tennis Complex. The women will play at 11:00 a.m. and the men will follow at 1:30 p.m.
