WISE/EMORY, VA — The UVA Wise men's tennis team battled tough, but fell to No. 33 Anderson and Emory & Henry in a SAC sweep on Saturday and Sunday by scores of 7-0 and 4-3, respectively.
After struggling to find a win on Saturday, the men's squad (9-10, 0-8 SAC) found three singles wins in No. 1 Dominik Thuri-Nagy, No. 4 Vanja Vojinovic against the Wasps (5-11, 1-8 SAC). Notably, Vojinovic and Thuri-Nagy both won their respective matchups after forcing a tiebreaker each.
