Lincoln Memorial vs. UVA Wise (March 4)
A 4-1 lead from a Katie Tuggle RBI in the sixth inning was too tough to overcome for the Cavs in the first game of the twin bill as the Cavs fell 4-2. In the second game of the day, the Railsplitters jumped back into the driver's seat after the Cavs snagged a 2-1 lead — eventually falling by a score of 3-2 in the seventh.
LMU GAME 1
The Railsplitters (17-10) started scoring in the second inning with a walk drawn by Grace Palmer to push a run in. In the same inning, another run was walked-in before the Cavs (2-14) retired the side.
After a quiet two innings from both squads, UVA Wise would drive in their first run of the day from an RBI single from McKenna Falwell in the fifth.
In the bottom of the fifth, Lincoln Memorial would find a scoring spurt by a right-side RBI single from Sarah Dujin to grab a 3-1 lead. The Railsplitters would snag one more run in the bottom of the sixth before Kara Long would cut the lead in half with a bomb to right field. Despite the two out threat, Lincoln Memorial would swipe the third out to finalize the win.
LMU GAME 2
The Cavaliers jumped ahead 2-1 after a fourth inning charge led by a Brie Frazier RBI triple and a Bayleigh Allison RBI single. The Cavaliers, behind Alivia Nolley in the circle, held the Railsplitters off until the seventh inning when Victoria Conley started a three-hit, two run rally to barely snag the 3-2 win.

UVA Wise vs. Wingate (March 5)
WINGATE GAME 1
It was a home run rally by the Bulldogs in the fourth inning of game one as Hannah Reeve, Raelynn Kram, and Katy Kahlich each knocked one to put Wingate (19-5) up by 3.
The Bulldogs busted their lead open when Ragan Liles swung out a three-run homer to hold the Cavs at a 6-0 deficit. Sarah Barrett would get the Cavs on the board with a homer of her own in the sixth, but would be all the Cavs could produce.
WINGATE GAME 2
Wingate finalized game two with 14 hits and 14 runs to take a 14-1 triumph over the Cavaliers. The Cavaliers mustered up six hits including a home run from Long to get on the board. Long went 2-3 against Wingate's ace Raechel Cutcher in the circle.
Wingate had three players produce three hits each in the nightcap (Reeves, Kramer, Maness).
