ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) — The South Atlantic Conference announced the 2022 all-conference women's tennis awards on Wednesday, April 20, and Liza Akimenko and Katya Akimenko were named to the Third-Team All-SAC Doubles team.

The duo from Donetsk, Ukraine have put up one of their best seasons to date in the No. 1 doubles slot as they've accumulated a 10-2 record in the conference. 

Additionally, L. Akimenko was named Second-Team All-SAC Singles team.

L. Akimenko has snagged a 14-5 record in the No. 1 singles spot, claiming victories over two nationally-ranked competitors on the year.
