WISE - - Wednesday's women's lacrosse game between UVa-Wise and the University of Pikeville at Smith Stadium will not take place after the Bears cancelled the contest earlier this week. To fill the vacant spot on the schedule, UVa-Wise will now face Lees-McRae College in a non-conference tilt Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Wise.

Tuesday's game will be the second of a three-game home stand for Head Coach Meghan Dennehy's squad. The Cavaliers will open Mountain East Conference play against the University of Charleston at home Friday in a 6 p.m. first draw.
