WISE, Va. – The UVa-Wise women's volleyball team will step out of Mountain East Conference play Tuesday and travel to Ettrick, Virginia, for a matchup against Virginia State at 6 p.m.

Last week the Cavs earned a pair of home MEC victories against the University of Charleston last Tuesday and West Virginia State Friday. UVa-Wise hung on for a 3-2 win over the Golden Eagles with a 16-14 fifth set win, before sweeping the Yellow Jackets 3-0 at the David J. Prior Convocation Center.
