Cavs Fall In First Round Of MEC Tournment

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The fall portion of the UVa-Wise women's tennis season came to a close on Friday when West Virginia Wesleyan posted a 5-1 victory over the Cavaliers in the opening round of the Mountain East Conference Tournament.

Daria Tyschenko and Bailey Christoforatos claimed the only win in number one doubles for the Cavs. UVa-Wise finishes its fall season with a 6-8 record.
