WISE, Va. – Notre Dame College traveled to Wise, Virginia on Saturday to take on the UVa-Wise Cavaliers. Karley Allen had a match-high 19 kills, while Veronica Sanchez finished with a match-high 21 assists and Brittni Altmann collected a match-high 10 digs to lead the Cavaliers to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-10, 25-17) victory over the Falcons.

As a team, UVa-Wise (8-9, 3-5 MEC) finished with 46 kills, 46 assists and 46 digs.

Kristen Hill led the Falcons with six kills, while Tawny Flareau finished with 11 assists and Melissa Maczuzak collected seven digs. As a team, the Falcons finished with 24 kills, 23 assists and 33 digs.

The Cavaliers will return to action on Tuesday as they travel to Richmond, Virginia to take on Virginia Union University, first serve is at 6pm.
