Game Recap: Women's Volleyball | | UVA Wise Athletics

Cavs Fall Short at Limestone, 3-1

Brandon Records Program's First Triple-Double in NCAA Era

GAFFNEY, SC – Despite several close sets, a triple-double from sophomore Riley Brandon, and a double-double from Piper Suddeth, in the end it was Limestone who escaped the Timken Gym with the 3-1 South Atlantic Conference win Friday evening.

The triple-double, the first of Brandon's collegiate career, was the first by the Cavs in the program's NCAA Division II era (2012-present). Looking at available records dating back to 2004 there is no record or mention of one before, so it might be the first triple-double in program history. The NCAA did not start tracking them until 2015.
