WISE – Concord and UVA Wise faced off for the final time this season, with Concord taking advantage of timely hits to pull out the 13-5 win Tuesday afternoon.

The Cavs were led in hitting by DJ Dickson and Justin Reed with two hits apiece, while Cole Harness, Morgan Miller, Collier Elkins, and Evan Stanley tacked on a hit apiece. Reed also had 2 RBI, with Elkins and Stanley each notching one.

UVA Wise will close out the home portion of the regular season this weekend when they host Limestone. They will play a single game Saturday evening at 6 pm followed by a doubleheader on Sunday at 1 pm. Sunday will be Senior Day, with the seniors being honored before the game.
