Storylines –Concord GameUVa-Wise and Concord will do battle for the third time this season on Tuesday when the two schools meet in the opening round of the Mountain East Conference Tournament.  The Mountain Lions won both regular season contests, including a 65-48 win over the Cavaliers in Wise on Saturday.  The winner of the game will face regular season co-champion and top-seeded West Liberty in Charleston on Thursday.  Concord placed two players on Second-Team All-MEC in Jacqueline Kestner and Rachel Artrip.  Combined, the pair averages 24.3 points per game and 15 rebounds a contest.

Blair Harding was named a First-Team All-MEC selection on Monday.  The Baltimore native averaged a team-high 16.4 points per game and ranked seventh in the league in scoring.  Harding scored 10 or more points in 22 games, including scoring 20 or more on nine occassions. Her 75 made 3-pointers ranked second in the league and were a team-high.  Harding is due to have a solid game against the Mountain Lions, she averaged six points per game in the two regular season meetings this season.  UVa-Wise has fared well on the road, having won four of its eight MEC games away from the Prior Center.
