UVa-Wise defeats West Virginia State

Institute, W.Va. – The UVa-Wise men's tennis team scored a 6-3 MEC victory over host West Virginia State University on Sunday. The Cavaliers (1-3, 1-1 MEC) won two of the three doubles matches while winning four of the six singles matches to send the Yellow Jackets to 0-5 on the season.

UVa-Wise will return to action on Wednesday as the team travels to Buena Vista, Virginia to take on Southern Virginia University.
