BELMONT, N.C. – Belmont Abbey College did not lose a set to UVa-Wise in men's tennis action on Saturday as they claimed a 9-0 win. Andrii Rutnytskyi had the strongest showing of the day for the Cavaliers as he lost 6-0, 7-5 in number one singles to Conner McMann.

The non-conference match was the season opener for UVa-Wise. The Cavaliers will return to action tomorrow as the team travels to Banner Elk, North Carolina to take on Lees-McRae College at 1pm.
