Timothy Kidd-Glass is in his first season as the safeties coach at UVA Wise. A former NCAA Division I football student-athlete, the coach was a three-year letterman at North Carolina State University where he amassed 71 tackles, a sack, an interception and forced two fumbles while with the Wolfpack. The first-year coach finished his playing career at Liberty University where he aided the team to a school-best 10 victories and a win in the Cure Bowl over Coastal Carolina.

Kidd-Glass comes to UVA Wise after spending last year with Martinsville High School where he served as an assistant coach. With the Bulldogs, he served as linebackers and defensive backs coach while also serving as the school’s wrestling coach and English teacher. Martinsville posted a 10-2 record and earned a berth to the playoffs with the coach on staff.

A Danville, Va. native,  Kidd-Glass obtained a bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University.
