The University of Virginia's College at Wise Athletics

Former Cavalier Hayden Chandley is in second season as an assistant coach at his alma mater. Chandley spent last season as a student assistant where he coached linebackers, assisted the special teams unit, broke down game film and helped with game day preparation.

The 2015 UVa-Wise graduate will again be the team’s linebackers coach this fall. Chandley’s unit returns First-Team All-MEC honoree Zach Blair along with senior Marcus Jones and converted defensive end Timmy Meador.

The coach holds a bachelor’s degree in sport management, he lives in Gray, Tenn.
