The University of Virginia's College at Wise Athletics

Bristol, Virginia native Daniel Hughes is in his third season at UVa-Wise.  Two years ago, Hughes began serving as a student-assistant coach with the Cavaliers where he worked with offensive line coach Luke Logan.

In his new role, Hughes will serve as the team’s tight end coach. The recent UVa-Wise graduate earned a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education in 2014. He currently lives in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
