The University of Virginia's College at Wise Athletics

Baylen Rutherford is in third season at the director of player personnel at UVA Wise.

Rutherford comes to Wise after previously serving as an intern for the Colorado State program.

As director of player personnel, Rutherford will be the academic advisor for the football program while also assisting in recruiting, organizing team travel while also being in charge of practice and game film cut up and distribution.

Rutherford has also spent time as an intern with the Poudre School District in Fort Collins, Colorado where he worked high school sporting events and created schedules for 14 middle school sports.
