WISE, VA - In conjunction with Sidearm Sports, the athletic media relations office at UVA Wise re-launched the school's official athletic website, www.uvawisecavs.com on Wednesday.

A social media wall, video interviews, a game day countdown, photo galleries and much more on the main page highlight the fresh look.

A countdown graphic is now visible on the main page of the website alerting fans of the next competition, the site is now fully integrated with the athletic department's social media accounts, and the page is more user friendly in regards to navigating through individual team's schedules, rosters, and locating information on your favorite Cavalier.

"Our goal was to enhance the user experience," stated Assistant Director of Athletic Communications Chloe Burdette. "The website makes it easier to locate roster, schedules, and all things related to UVA Wise Athletics."

The integration of YouTube and social media accounts more efficiently on the homepage will serve as a hub for all UVA Wise Athletic content including interviews, graphics, highlights and more.

"Zach Anderson at Sidearm Sports was integral in getting our website up and running, and really helped bring some of my ideas to life," said Burdette. "As technology and social media continues to be more of our everyday life, it's important that our website reflects that. We feel our redesign has accomplished this."
