WISE - - No. 11 Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) made fifteen three-pointers in a 113-59 South Atlantic Conference men's basketball victory over UVA Wise at the Prior Center Wednesday.
LMU (17-3) guard Chase Rankin recorded a triple-double with 17 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds while not turning it over to pace the Railsplitter attack.
UVA Wise (3-16) received a team-high 13 points from Tyler Lloyd off the bench but, the Cavs were unable to overcome 32.8 percent shooting as the team saw its three-game winning streak come to an end.
Jordan Walters netted a game-high 29 points, Matthew Sells poured in 21 and Jordan Guest chipped in 18 to join Rankin in double-figure scoring.
