WISE - - UVa-Wise scored 10 goals in eight minutes on Sunday morning as the team's four seniors helped lead the way in a 21-3 victory over Notre Dame College on Senior Day. The win was the 100th for Head Coach Meghan Dennehy and gives the school its second consecutive outright Mountain East Conference regular season title.

Senior McKayla Grasham started off the scoring with her 48th goal of the season less than one minute into the game. Senior Kristin Gobbi, juniors Jesse French and Ashley Wells, sophomores Riley Fenster and Samantha Hill and freshmen Ellie Earnshaw and Caroline Earnshaw all found the back of the net over the next 10 minutes as the Cavaliers jumped out to an 11-0 lead. With just over 12 minutes before halftime the Falcons scored their first goal of the day, but the Cavaliers scored three more goals to extend their lead to 14-1 at the end of the half.
