BLUEFIELD, W.Va. - - UVa-Wise volleyball earned a 3-0 (25-14, 25-14, 25-18) victory on the road against Bluefield State College in Bluefield, West Virginia. The Cavs registered 45 digs and 32 assists in the match as they swept the Big Blues.

The Cavaliers posted 36 kills with a .279 attack percentage in the match. Junior Ciara Kain led the Cavs in kills with 17 and added seven digs in the win. Sophomore Morgan Milligan registered a match-high 16 assists and tallied six digs. Sophomore Briana Kerr collected 10 digs and five assists while junior Kyra Jessee recorded eight digs in the victory. Freshman Makayla Ledford contributed with eight assists and four digs in the Cavs win over Bluefield State College.

UVa-Wise volleyball will return to Wise to play their first home game of the season tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. against Milligan College.
