ATHENS, W.Va. – The UVa-Wise volleyball team traveled to Athens, West Virginia on Tuesday for MEC action against Concord University. The Mountain Lions took advantage of 26 attack errors to defeat the Cavaliers 3-0 (26-24, 26-24, 27-25).

Karley Allen led the Cavaliers with a match-high 22 kills, while Ashley Hooven added a match-high 40 assists and Brittni Altmann collected a team-high 16 digs.

Concord University's Sarah Jones led the Mountain Lions with a team-high 17 kills, while Nikki McMillian added 22 assists and Amanda Walker collected 16 digs.

The Cavaliers will return to MEC action on Friday as they travel to Charleston, West Virginia to take on the University of Charleston, first serve is at 7pm.
