A Front Royal, Virginia product (Skyline H.S.), Blair led the nation in tackles for loss with 28.5 while leading the team and ranking second in the Mountain East Conference in total tackles with 119.
 
The junior ranked 16th nationally in tackles per game at 10.8 per contest while finishing the season with 5.5 sacks, three blocked kicks and a fumble recovery.
 
During the month of November, Blair registered 18 tackles and two sacks as UVa-Wise completed its first season as full NCAA Division II members.
 
For his on-the-field accomplishments, Blair earned his second consecutive First-Team All-MEC honor while being named to the D2CCA Second-Team All-Super Region I. The all-region award was also the second consecutive for the linebacker, he was a first-team honoree in 2014.
