The University of Virginia's College at Wise Athletics

Rachel "Rocky" Cole is in her first season as an assistant coach with the women's lacrosse program at her alma mater. A 2018 graduate of the College, Cole was an All-MEC First-Team honoree in 2018 as she aided the Cavaliers to the school's first ever league title. That same season, Cole earned All-Tournament acclaim as the school posted an undefeated conference season by winning both the regular season and tournament title.

Cole earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in mathematics and spent the last year as a fourth grade teacher in Louisa County. While teaching, she also served as a coach on a youth travel team in Northern Virginia.
