2020: Finished with 4 ground balls and 2 caused turnovers in 6 games.
2019: Played in 19 games and started 19. Accumulated 32 ground balls on the season and forced 25 turnovers, as well as gaining 4 draw controls. Finished 2nd on the team with most caused turnovers per game, averaging 1.32, and finished 7th in the Mountain East Conference.
2018: Played in 18 games and started 17. Accumulated 49 ground balls on the season and forced 20 turnovers.
Prior to UVa-Wise: Participated in lacrosse and cross country at Tesoro High School. Chose to attend UVa-Wise because of the friendliness of teammates and because the campus “felt like home.”
Personal: Daughter of Jon Hess and Liane Hess, and has four siblings: Janelle, Kelly, Elliott, and Olivia. Majoring in Administration of Justice and minoring in Psychology.
