Kalee Johnson is in her second season as an assistant coach with the women's basketball program at UVA Wise. A five-year letter winner for the Cavaliers, Johnson finished her career 10th in school history with 1,388 points while being the program's all-time leader in free throw percentage at .813.
A native of Elizabethton, Tenn., Johnson was a two-time All-SAC performer on the basketball floor while also earning D2ADA and VaSID All-Academic honors during her time as a student-athlete.
The coach graduated from UVA Wise with a degree in education and serves as a teacher in the Wise County Public School system.
