The athletic training staff is here to assist with your college transition as a student-athlete. If you encounter an injury or illness, contact us and we will make any necessary referrals.
Our department requires every student-athlete to complete necessary paperwork. In order to prevent any delays in athletic participation, the following items need to be completed prior to your arrival on campus.
