WISE - - Braelyn Wykle led a group of five Carson-Newman Eagles in double figures with a game-best 34 points as Mike Mincey's team claimed a 92-71 South Atlantic Conference victory over UVA Wise inside the Prior Center Wednesday.

CN(13-6, 8-1 SAC) used a 29-point fourth quarter to break open what was a three-point game after the opening quarter to put UVA Wise (13-8, 4-6 SAC) away.

The Eagles sank five of their 12 made 3-pointers in the second stanza while holding the Cavaliers to 1-of-8 shooting from distance in the period.
