STORYLINE – VS. ANDERSON
Head coach Jeff Brookman and the Anderson Trojans come into their matchup against UVA Wise in a confident position, as they started the year with two wins, one of which against no. 2-nationally ranked Flagler. Their first loss this season came at the hands of Lincoln Memorial who are 3-0 on the season thus far.
Parker Dortch, a grad student forward from Columbus, N.J. grabbed the first South Atlantic Conference Player of the Week award and represented the Trojans with a 30-point showing against Lander College on Nov. 13. The graduate student forward leads the warpath with 21.3 points per game for the Trojans.

Kaeleb Carter leads the way for the squad, as he averages 16.7 points per game, ranks in the 11-spot in the conference for total points, and looks to be a key contributor in securing a UVA Wise win. Alongside Carter is newcomer
Makai Vassell, who leads the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) in rebounds per game at 11.5 and is 5-6 at the charity stripe (.833). Against the Saints, the Cavs shot 20-25 at the free-throw line, but struggled from the arc and only connected on 4-14 shots.
