Storylines – Fairmont State GameAt 14-6 in the Mountain East Conference, Fairmont State enters its final two games of the regular season 1/2 game up on Wheeling Jesuit for the final bye in the upcoming conference tournament. The Fighting Falcons finish the regular season at Shepherd on Saturday while the Cardinals finish the season with three straight home games. Fairmont State is coming off a 70-52 win over Concord on Thursday. In the victory, five Fighting Falcons finished in double figure scoring, led by Emily Lohr's game-high 20 points. Hallie Gunnoe tallied a double-double in the win as she scored 12 points and corralled 13 rebounds. Lohr and Gunnoe are two of three Fighting Falcons averaging over 15 points per game. Hailey Garrett leads the offensive attack for Steve McDonald's team as her 17.2 points per game rank fifth in the MEC.

Blair Harding has been playing her best ball of the season over the last two weeks. In her last six games, the Baltimore native is averaging 22.7 points and 8.1 rebounds a contest. With three games to play, Harding and her teammates have a one game lead over Concord for eighth place in the MEC standings. Meaning, if the season ended today, UVa-Wise would be the last team to host an opening round tournament game. The Cavaliers play at Shepherd on Monday before retuning home to face Concord in the regular season finale.
