WISE - - Blair Harding scored a game-high 29 points and grabbed 13 rebounds while UVa-Wise forced Urbana into 23 turnovers as the Cavaliers completed a season-sweep of the Blue Knights with a 75-58 victory at the Prior Center Saturday.

UVa-Wise (7-13, 6-8) enjoyed a three-point halftime lead as Taylor Sandidge scored 11 points on 4-5 shooting and Harding netted 10 of her points in the half.  The Cavaliers forced 13 turnovers in the 20 minute session which led to 15 points.

Urbana (1-19,1-13) would cut the deficit to one point at 39-38 with 16:17 to play on a steal and bucket by Kennedy Boggs.  It would be as close as Haley Ducey's Blue Knights would get as the Cavs answered with a 6-0 run that featured a pair of baskets by Sandidge.

UVa-Wise would build its lead to as many as 18 points on two separate occasions before eventually posting the 75-58 win.

In total, the Cavs scored 30 points off turnovers and placed three players in double figures.  Sandidge finished with 15 points while Kayla Carey added 12 in the victory.  Coach Kristin Kunzman's club also performed well from the free throw line, making 13 of 17 attempts in the win.

Boggs and Tori Punk each scored 15 points in the loss for Urbana.   The Blue Knights made just three of 14 3-point attempts in the contest and surrendered 20 offensive rebounds.

UVa-Wise will look for a second season series sweep on Monday when Notre Dame visits the Prior Center.  The game has a special tip-off time of 4 pm.
