Storylines – Glenville State game
Glenville State is coming off of a 89-82  victory to Concord University entering Saturday's game against  UVa-Wise.  In that game, the Pioneers were led by Reggie Williams who had a game-high 24 points and three rebounds.  Donte Morales assisted Williams finishing with 22 points, while Sedric Nady added 17 points, four rebounds, five assists and two steals.  On the season, Morales is scoring 18.8 points per game and corralling 5.1 rebounds a night.  The Pioneers are scoring 80.4 points per game and grabbing 32.4 rebounds per game.  

About UVa-Wise
UVa-Wise will look to halt a 16-game losing skid when the team plays Glenville State on Saturday.  The Cavaliers are also winless in Mountain East Conference, having been outscored by MEC competition by nearly 22 points a game.  Most recently, West Virginia Wesleyan rolled to an 74-59 victory over UVa-Wise at the Rockefeller Arena.  In the loss, the Cavaliers shot 39.6 percent from the floor and were out-rebounded 35-23 by the more physical Bobcats.  West Virginia Wesleyan forced UVa-Wise to shoot from the peremiter and coach Blake Mellinger's team struggled to get the ball in the basket.  On the season, the Cavs are shooting 34.6 percent from the field and 30.7 percent from beyond the 3-point line.  By contrast, opponents are making 50.0 percent of their shot attempts and 38.6 percent of 3-point attempts against the UVa-Wise defense.
