WISE - - Shepherd University placed four players in double figures and completed season series sweep of UVa-Wise with a 77-69 victory at the Prior Center on Thursday.

Shepherd's (18-7, 13-6 MEC) Austin Cunningham scored a team-high 20 points handed out five assists and grabbed four rebounds.  Naim Muhammad, 19 points, Brantley Osborne, 14 points, and Morgan McDonald, 11 points also finished in double figure scoring for the Rams who shot 56.3 percent from the field.

UVa-Wise (9-14, 6-13 MEC) received a season-high 26 points from Matt Day and a pair of double-doubles from Javon Moore and Deon Boyce.  Moore scored 22 points and corralled 10 boards while Boyce netted 13 points and finished with 16 rebounds.

The Cavaliers will be back in action on Saturday when Fairmont State University visits the Prior Center for Senior Day.  Tip-off is set for 3 pm.
