STORYLINES – KING UNIVERSITY GAMEThis will be the first meeting between the two schools since the 2009-10 season when the Tornado swept a pair of meetings. King enters a game over the .500 mark at 5-4 and has used a balanced scoring attack in the early part of the season. Coach Josh Thompson's squad has four players averaging eight or more points a game led by Arnelle Collins and Tia Keltt who both average 9.7 points per game. Most recently, the Tornado upended Lincoln Memorial 61-41 as Whitney Mitchell and Bonnie Durrett combined to score 29 points in the victory. The win halted a two-game losing skid for King. Through four home games, the Tornado have posted a 3-1 record.
