GLENVILLE, W.Va. - - Glenville State outscored UVa-Wise 49-34 in the second half to post an 87-79 victory at the Jesse R. Lilly Gym on Thursday.  The win completed a season series sweep for the Pioneers who received a game-high 31 points from Kevin Gray.

Glenville State (11-6, 8-5 MEC) hit 12 3-pointers in the victory, eight of which came from Gray, as the Pioneers shot 50.8 percent from the floor in the win.  Jordan McCloud added 15 points and came up a rebound shy of a double-double for Glenville State.

UVa-Wise (8-9, 5-8 MEC) received 15 points each from Deon Boyce, Matt Day, and Javon Moore.  Boyce added 14 rebounds while Tyler Maggard came off the bench to hit three 3-pointers en route to 11 points.

Coach Blake Mellinger's squad is back in action Saturday at Urbana University.  Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
