STORY LINES

UVa-Wise still trying to stop the skid. They have now lost seven of their last eight games.
Makenzie Cluesman leads UVa-Wise in scoring, 12 ppg, rebounds, 6.6 rpg, and assists 3.1 apg.
Kayla Carey had her much anticipated breakout game in a losing effort against the University of Charleston. Carey scored a career-high 19 points and grabbed five boards in only 22 minutes of play.
The Cavs are number one in the MEC in scoring defense with allowing only 66.7 points per game and first in the conference with allowing oposing teams to shoot .385 percent from the field.
Makenzie Cluesman is ranked 22nd in the Conference in scoring with 12 points per game. Cluesman is also ranked 14th in the Conference in rebounding with 6.6 rebound per game.
UVa-Wise is averaging seven steals per game and are fourth in the conference in turnover margin with a -.29 average
Concord enters the game winners of three of their last four games. They lost their last game 59-48 at Bluefield State College despite a 17 point, 11 rebound effort from Andrea Bertrand.
