BEREA, Ky. - Danny Rowland's UVa-Wise men's tennis team won its third consecutive match with a 5-4 road victory over Berea College on Sunday. The team of Vlad Akimenko and Marc Huff claimed an 8-2 doubles victory before both men won their singles match to lead the charge.
Oleg Kopychenko also posted a singles victory, 6-1, 6-1, in third singles while teaming with Jimmy Stewart for an 8-2 doubles win.
The victory improves the Cavaliers to 5-7 overall, the team will be back in action on Saturday at University of the Cumberlands. Full results of the match are listed below:
