Cynita Webb, a 5-foot-11 sophomore from Virginia Beach, Va. averaged a team high 11.4 points per game while also leading the team at 8.6 rebounds per contest during the month.
 

Webb’s month was highlighted by her career-high 21 point outburst at Lees-McRae. In the game, the sophomore made 9-of-17 field goal attempts while adding six rebounds and three assists. The forward also had a strong showing in her team’s Mountain East Conference victory over West Virginia Wesleyan College when she netted 10 points and corralled 11 rebounds to record her third double-double of the season.
