The University of Virginia's College at Wise Athletics

The Charles W. Harris, III athletic scholarship fund was established in his memory by his family to honor his enduring support of the UVa-Wise Highland Cavaliers Athletic Program and the College at Wise itself. In addition, the Charles Gallery located on the campus of the Lonesome Pine Regional Library in Wise, Virginia honors his commitment to the arts. Charles W. Harris, III was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003 for Outstanding Service and Support.
